Help with mortars Posted: 08 Jun 2020 04:20 PM PDT What is the best way to counter mortar fire in 1v1 matches? I always have a solid line built and then around the 10 minute mark I just get mortared into moving my line which is when my opponent rushes and everything falls apart. I just can't find a good way to counter them because they're always so far back into enemy territory. Bazookas on Cav Rifles are worth it Posted: 08 Jun 2020 04:21 AM PDT I've never seen anybody do this before but it's a really good squad. This is basically the dream AT squad, at first I was reluctant to try it but it works wonderfully. Obviously I would have a few Cav squads with Thompsons, but maybe one or two more with Bazookas. The AT satchel is wonderful and can finish off tanks or slow them down enough that you can get enough Bazooka volleys on them, Bazookas are still very dinky and inconsistent, but they can still pack a punch when used in numbers or supported by tanks. A dozer Sherman or Jackson supporting the squad can really do a bit of damage against both tanks and infantry, the 3 Grease guns that remain on the Cav squad still do a bit of damage at close range and can still take on an Assgren squad head-on. submitted by /u/St0neyTec [link] [comments]
