Posted: 11 Nov 2019 07:01 AM PST How good is AI to practice before trying out with other players? My rank is Sergeant Major and I mostly focus Soviets or Brits. I can beat as Soviets an OKW AI on hard no matter the game mode, so is it a good practice before trying out with other players? What I noticed with the AI on hard is that they spam kubelwagens which is a vaste of resources if you ask me. Especially late game. [link] [comments] | ||
5 man gren squads that can lay sandbags Posted: 11 Nov 2019 01:28 AM PST I feel like grens don't have field staying power/presence. Upon losing a man, you have lost 25-33% depending on how you measure it, of your squad's fighting power, and his ability to stay on the battlefield. He's a 4 man squad, he is more defensive unless enmasse. But he can't lay sandbags either, so you need your pio to do that stuff, and usually he's capping stuff in the early game. Christ you just can't afford lose much of them. Once you lose the 2nd guy, generally he will have to retreat to base, and then what's the plan? I have always wished I could have 5 man squads, and if they're going to be defensive in nature by design, without g43's they don't hit anything on the move, give em sandbags. Give them a 375mp cost, same reinforcement costs, and maybe add 1 extra to popcap per squad. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 11 Nov 2019 01:09 AM PST Since theres been a lot of changes with factions these past few updates, whats the guidelines for the factions now like strengths and weaknesses? ive only played mostly USF and OKW and still not know whats really best strategies for them, also curious about Sov, Brits and Wehr where in Sov cons with SVTs are pretty potent. oh also this is about 3v3/4v4 since i kinda have a lot more fun in those game modes since 1v1/2v2 stresses me out a lot.
