    Why Don't Pros Put MGs in Cover?

    Hello all,

    I've noticed this for awhile now, especially in the recent series AE casted: pros aren't putting their MGs in cover; I am. I think I'm making a mistake then.

    I've subconsciously known I'm giving up a better angle in exchange for the cover, now Im thinking thats a mistake, especially since, IIRC, in cover you take more nade dmg -- the main way MGs are taken out.

    Do they not put their MGs in cover to avoid nade wipes and for better positioning? Or whats the advantages there? (minus a few maps with garrisons on good points)

    Sometimes tanks hit invisible wall or something then bounce

    Been happening lately, idk if it's lag but sometimes the tank will hit something and bounce back

    [Bug] Coordinated Barrage doesn't work with leFH 18

    The Artillery Field Officer can order a Coordinated Barrage, which means that all available artillery pieces, mortars and rocket artillery in range will barrage the target location.

    However, this doesn't trigger with the leFH18. I suspect it has something do with the new cooldowns introduced in the recent patches, in order to prevent around the clock firing. While this last change is working as intended, it has messed up the Artillery Field Officer's ability.

    [Bug] When I accidentally used Victor Target with my arty officer while the 105mm had a shot ready to go, it got stuck on 0 seconds cooldown and i could only fire it with victor target until 1 model on the gun was killed and reinforced.

    1v1 players, what matchup against which faction do you hate facing against the most?

    It doesn't have to be some serious reason. Hell, you can even curbstomp the enemy in the matchup regularly but have that one peeve against them that just makes you dislike facing off. I just like to find out what matchups people dislike generally for a specific faction.

    I'll start it off. I hate playing against OKW as Soviets. Cons just feel so bullied by ANY of the OKW infantry that I'm compelled to have them get SVT from airborne almost everytime. Penals don't fare that much better either, especially when the STGs come out and I'm absolutely not good enough with the M3 to hinge my early game on it when going T1. When things go late... God! I hate Raks! 2 of them just 2 shots anything I field and my infantry isn't as strong to breakthrough and get rid of them properly.

    What I really want from CoH3

    Is that attack ground won't make vehicles stop. Select attack ground, click a spot, a flag shows up marking where you clicked, the vehicle will track that place and fire whenever able to. If the marked spot is outside the vehicle's firing range, the "auto attack ground" command is undone.

    Manual turret rotation would also be welcome. And a reload indicator.

    Return the panzerwerfer to T3, but require T4 researched?

    Just a thought - curious how this would affect Whermacht's match up. Gives you a way to get strong indirect while staying T3.

    Relic has been trying out new teching steps and requirements. When this change was made, they were very rigid. Maybe it woulda gone differently if relic was open to different teching at the time.

    Also - the voice line would be (sorta) correct again.

    Guards and their rifles

    Guards on their own are ok infantry unit IMO ,but I'm wondering if the DP-28 upgrade is worth it , or should I stick to base Mosins and PTRS rifles?
