The tragedy of Darth Ranger the wise.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Ranger The Wise? I thought not. It's not a story the Axis would tell you. It's a USF legend. Darth Ranger was a Dark Lord of the Bazooka, so powerful and so wise he could use bazookas to influence the armor of tanks to destroy them… He had such a knowledge of the Bazooka side that he could even keep the Jacksons and Calliopes he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Bazooka is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was getting wiped, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught the Shrek blob everything he knew, then a panzerwerfer wiped him while he was capping mid. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

OKW Sturm Offizier - how do you use him?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2021 05:12 PM PST

Obviously, I like the OKW Jagdtiger commander very much - the JT is king of 4v4s after all. Pfüsiliers have amazing utility, and Assault Artillery is borderline OP.

One thing I can't really get a hang of from this commander is the Sturm Offizier though. I rarely end up calling him in because ultimately, I just end up using him as a mobile smoke launcher. Not worth the investment.

So those of you who think that he is amazing, how do you actually play him?

Easiest way to carry 2v2 with Brits

Easiest way to carry 2v2 with Brits

    Hey All,

    https://preview.redd.it/wqxkku6hogi61.jpg?width=236&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b16bbb265db34bca615bb0ae35e0e868a7ada4a9

I'm wondering if anyone else likes to main 2v2 with the tea-totalers. I am currently stuck at Lvl 13 in the 2v2 randoms, and I"m really having trouble figuring out how to carry a weaker teammate. It just seems like Brits struggle so hard to get ahead in the early game, and with 2v2 map coverage, by the time you get out a cromwell or comet a competent axis team can easily rocketen/double pack and faust your tanks to death.

How on earth can I pull out of this slump? I am a competent player, above-average micro/APM, sure sometimes I suffer the occasional squad wipe but this really just seems to be an "overcoming the faction" issue.

How do you find the best way to "carry" with Brits in 2v2s?

Need tips. We banned skinny maps and both okay captain build. Just the usual. Try to wait to pick commanders till late to counter arty, blob or heavies.

Company of Heroes 2 - What should I get if I ONLY want to play with US forces in single player campaign? Would getting the game even be worth it?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2021 07:44 AM PST

I'm not going to play a campaign as the Soviet army.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding everything but the "Western Front Armies" adds armies for multiplayer only, right? The "Ardennes Assault" adds a campaign using the US?

Other than the Ardennes Assault is there any other campaigns the US forces can be used in?

On Steam both CoH2 and CoH2 - Ardennes Assault are $20 if I only want to play campaign(s) using the US forces would I have to get both?

Like I said, I'm not going to play using the Soviet's and I don't play multiplayer. $40 is too much for a game most of which I don't plan on playing.
