    So this Meme Tournament will be on March 13th from 0900 CST. So this tournament will be 1v1 with a special twist. It will be you versus another player BUT both of you will have 3 Hard A.I. on your team. You can choose any faction and any faction for your 3 bots. There is no Axis/Allies limitations It will 250 victory points with standard resources Anyone can join. Once I get your name and steam account info I'll let you know if you've got a slot by 2000 CST March 11th. Only the top 16 players that want to play will be able to. The tournament will be seeded The map will be Hill 400. It will be single elimination with only 1 game except for the final which will be best 2 out of 3. The money will be given via paypal.     Hey guys, been a while since I designed a new doctrine, and I recently picked up Steel Division 2, which reminded me my 7 year old dream to have a Guards + IS-2 doctrine in this game so, here goes! A Guards doctrine based on combining Guards with vehicles for aggressive armored assaults, and in turn, you lack the powerful defensive options you see in other Guards doctrines.

    Thematically, Guards formations had particularly good access to lend lease vehicles, which will also feature in this doctrine.

    0 CP: M10 Tank Destroyer

    Used heavily by Guards formations, the M10 makes a fitting addition alongside the more versatile but turretless SU-76 as a more mobile option at T3.

    1 CP: Infantry Support Equipment

    Penal Batallions can be upgraded with x2 Rifle Grenade launchers which disable other upgrades and weapon pickups.

    Engineers can upgrade with the Heavy Engineers upgrade, which is basically an awkward clone of the Anvil Sappers with an extra man, faster repair speed, but no armor and only a single dp-28 that can't be dropped.

    2 CP: Guards Mechanized Infantry

    A different take on Guards, they are equipped with 6 elite SVT rifles that perform better than their penal counterparts. They can be upgraded with either x2 lend lease Elite Bazookas or x4 Thompsons.

    Upgrading with Bazookas gives them camouflage and upgrading with Thompsons gives them Tactical Assault.

    7 CP: 76mm Artillery Barrage

    A battery of 76mm field guns will bombard the area, dealing heavy damage to soft targets in a tight cluster.

    14 CP: IS-2 Command Tank

    A one-off and particularly powerful IS-2 (with more health and armor) that improves the stats on nearby units. Veterancy does not improve the IS-2 itself much but improves the strength of its aura.

    Playing automatch at ranks 100-300

    In this automatch rank range, I constantly find it so difficult to rank up and/or learn how to improve, because either you play against people much lower rank than you and you roll them up, or you play against top 50 players and they roll you up. It's so un-enjoyable to play at this tier. I really want to improve but when most games last 10 minutes at most I can't learn anything. I need help to break out of this rut.

    I beat Ardenne's Assault, but never got the rewards?

    Sorry if this has been asked before; I did some google searching and couldn't find the answer.

    I played through the AA campaign and beat it, and got the final victory screen where it shows all the skins and intel bulletins you're supposed to get. And then I just never got them. They're not in my inventory and they were never in the store (and still aren't). Where they at?

    How to play UKF effectively in 3v3 and 4v4

    So, I'm trying to be brit main, I love them. They have great buildings, churchill VII and sherman firefly are great late game tanks, buuut whenever late game appears I'm losing everything and I'm just left with nothing. How to play effectively them to not lose everything? Is it matter of tactics or my gamimg skills or just bad placements?

    OKW midgame, too much manpower ?

    After having built my 4-6 core inf units (volks,pios,panzerfüs), 1-2 paks and a flak/luchs, I'm always flooding way to much manpower at about the 10 min mark. What should I do? There are no caches or bunkers. mg34 is trash, the infantry gun situational and obersoldaten are not THAT good in my opinion.

    Any advice for the current OKW meta? Whta light vehicles are good?

    edit: I mostly play 3v3, though all advice is welcome!

    (Resolved) I seem to have a bug of some sort. I can only access soviet single player campaign (that I chose in the beggining) and Ardenness Assault despite having all DLC's and the base game (bought it on steam in a COH bundle , no mods installed). I decided to play AA during soviet singleplayer ( I don't know if this information changes anything, and yes I already completed soviet singleplayer but not finished AA) When I try to change faction the background and symbol changes, but I can only play a soviet campaign. (and AA mentioned earlier). I probably posting on a wrong subreddit, but I am new so please forgive me("bug" flair not present).

    How does the equal level system work? (COH2 4v4s)

    Recently, the team balance seems to be getting worse,I don't like complaining but I seriously feel like I am getting the lower hand of match ques, I've been on a losing streak for many games now and every game we fight players way higher level then us. I am the level 84 and I just can't keep up with all the tricks and get stomped into the ground. I know it's a mad-cuz-bad issue but am I doing something wrong? My friends (we all main allies) are feeling the same pain and it is really pushing them away from the game.What is going on, is it anything I can change?

    Play tips - russians

    It's easy to google company of heroes, but to find up to date information, is a totally different problem. I'm not good at the game and I've got plenty of room for improvement. Where's the best place to go for tips, current play metas, build orders, etc. Any streamers? Youtubers? Any suggestions here?

    I've been focused on playing as the russians but it's been a damn struggle. I have some okay games now and then, but it feels like I just get overwhelmed by the german firepower. I've got conscripts out taking points and the germans are deploying MGs almost instantly it feels like. Their engineers can counter my conscripts like it's nothing. I'm getting basic armor out and they're all running around with panzerschrecks. I just finished a game where me and an american faction player had set up a fortified position and suddenly I've got germans racing up and just unloading automatics, wiping out the entire position in seconds. I deployed a T70 yesterday to try and harass infantry, but when it was time to get out I had a panzer5 (I think, it was a medium tank for sure) keeping speed with me and I couldn't get away. Why the hell is a medium tank as fast as a light tank? It also seems the germans have a special ability of dropping MASSIVE bombs but there's no red smoke signifying it's coming in.

    Once germans are dug in it just seems like a damned nightmare trying to get them out. I'm not going to say germans are OP or anything, I just need to figure out how to play better.

    I'm currently focused on IS-2s and I've got two commanders with that focus: Shock Rifle Frontline Tactics and Armored Assault Tactics. My doctrines are Sibling Rivalry, One Tank Army, IS-2 Specialist. Normally I deploy the Shock Rifle commander to help counter the mass infantry. PPSHs + grenades get the job done when I can get them out.

    It just feels like I'm ALWAYS on defense. Never offense. It feels like the germans have taken something, what can I try to prevent them from also taking?

    The good games are few and far between. The games where we're getting the floor wiped with us feel constant.

    I'm exhausted.

    Did they buff the Comet in CoH2 recently?

    A few days ago I did the unthinkable: i didn't go for churchill spam and decided to go for comets instead and damn these things slapped ass. The last time i tested them they underperformed against both tanks and infantry.

    Can someone tell me what happened?

    usf major needs a buff

    Hey all,

    Just started testing out the new patch and a few things need to be done for the major.

    • the flight allows you to choose the direction but you could always do that before. You need to be able to call the flight call in from anywhere on the map, but it is still tied to the majors call in radius making that change practically useless
    • the artillery call in needs to be buffed either increase AOE damage or increase the concentration of barrage. It doesn't do enough to destroy emplacements and it doesn't do enough to dislodge support weapons. It's 60 munitions for expensive red smoke.
