    Hello there! Are you just like me tired of seeing your brumbär die to an il-2 rocket strafe, or commandos jumping out of a plane far behind your lines. Not to mention ostruppen/assault sections/ shocks/ guards/ jaegerlight infantry just popping into the battlefield from off map. Well ladies and gentlemen than I am very proud to announce to you the first 1v1 Vanillaflash Tournament.

    Date 15/16 August (warm-up for ML)

    Starting time: Sat 15 August 13:00 CET R1&R2 , Sun 16 August 15:00 CET Finals

    Current prize pool 105 euro's , 1st place 80 euros 2nd 25 euros (up to change)

    General rules

    - BO3, finals BO5

    - Fixed positions (Allies 1 & Axis 2)

    - Observer Delay 5 min

    -Tournament mod ON

    • The 12 best seeded average automatch rank (5 faction average) on last day of check in will be seeded, the 8 best that check in on match day will play.

    Rules concerning commanders and intel bulletins:

    • No commanders in loadout
    • No intel bulletins
    • 1 exception, OKW can click on Breakthrough Doctrine only to call in a King Tiger, nothing else can be used and it can't be clicked earlier!

    Faction Selection:

    • G1, coin toss winner decides who picks faction first
    • G2, switch of factions coin toss loser decides who picks faction first
    • G3 VP leader decides who picks faction first

    Map Selection:

    • Veto process
    • Coin toss loser veto's first map, coin toss winner second etc. Till 1 map is left over
    • In Finals last 2 maps of veto process get played in alphabetical order
    • Ace games: R1 Kholodny Ferma Summer, R2 Faymonville Approach, Finals Crossroads

    3v3 Start allies?

    We are team of 3 with a little skewed skillset, one guy was peak rank 18 randoms 3v3 soviet. Me and the last guy are of same skill level but level 14 maxx in allied.

    Thing is we've found one guy lifting most of the load when we found less competent players match up. But now that we are (i think at the time of this post) rank 200, we face issues that are beyond basic micro tactics.

    So for allies do you all have team strats that can work well against axis?

    Umm other info is Im usf main OP guy is sov main Last guy likes to experiment around.

    I'd love to know some team strats people use as allies.

    4v4 Soviet - Infantry ?

    What infantry am I supposed to use in 4v4 Soviet? Because nothing seems to be able to fight against Obers and support weapons are panzerwerf'd
