Recent Balance Changes and Theatre of War Posted: 13 May 2021 11:27 PM PDT I revisited TOW recently and my impression is that German missions seem harder. For example, Crimea no longer seems winnable using a strategy that was very reliable ~6 months ago. Sturmtiger question Posted: 13 May 2021 07:17 PM PDT Had a game where the Sturmtiger almost one shotted an SU85 from medium range. Next engagement I saw it winding up for a shot so I pulled up nose to nose with the SU85 and the SU received hardly any damage. Buying a commander Posted: 13 May 2021 04:11 PM PDT Hi guys, im thinking about buying new commander for ostheer. And im unsure which would be best. Im thinking about jaeger infantry or assault support. Jaeger infantry looks like lightning war without tiger but with some artillery and infantry. I played it once or twice, but it was with mod so im not sure, if it's worth it in 4v4. Assault support looks quite good. It has tiger which is ok imo, and that supply truck.(and some more stuff of course). Theory is that you put truck on point and it will generate more resources. But many fuel and muni points are easily contested and this may put truck into danger. So would do you think? Which one is better? I saw some people to use spearhead, but i don't know about this to much. Which commander would be best?
