    I just bought Overwatch doctrine and used Goliath first time.

    It anihilated a 5 squad USF blob in one touch wtf. The guy ragequit 3 sec after.

    Top10 best moments of my life.

    PD: I will try record it and edit this post after so you can see real carnage.

    New player here. How do I use snipers?

    I've been having a lot of fun playing as the British, as I love defensive playstyles. However, I'm finding it quite tricky to effectively use snipers. It seems that whenever I make one, I have to dedicate more manpower in troops than the sniper is actually worth just to protect it/scout for it. Then the sniper itself rarely gets more than a couple kills before another enemy squad jumps out of the other 3 directions I wasn't looking and kills him before he can retreat. Sure, enough micro can resolve this, but in the time I'm micro-managing a single sniper to get about 4-5 soldier kills with his escort of a UC and infantry squad, the enemy is capturing points all over the map.

    What am I doing wrong?

    AI Mod that increases the difficulty/cheats for the ai?

    Hey i'm teaching my friend the game, playing games vs expert ai with him, but he already got the the point where we can easily win, is there a mod that increases the difficulty even more than expert? i don't think he's ready to play vs players yet and expert ai is too easy now

    Cant spec Custom games

    Hello, since the 64 bit update cant seem to find any custom games to specs, we have a small in-circle tournaments with friends and spec mode was a blessing for viewing and monitoring the battles.. Does anyone have any workaround or is it a known bug?

    P.S I verified it doesnt even work when all clients are 64bit as well.. so no 32-64bit compatibility issue there.. it must be something else..

    Comp-stomp Commnader achievement won't go up

    When playing against AI in skirmishes, winning does not count towards the achievement. Is this a bug? or do I have to win automatches vs AI instead?

    How to counter huge OKW blobs as USF?

    Hello Everyone I am mid level (rank 800~900 1v1) USF player with almost 450 hours experience of the game. I know the basics of the game but tonight I faced a problem that I could not think of any solution for it. Thus I am asking for your comment.

    There was an OKW player with a really weird blobing style (He had almost 3000 games on 1v1 Okw!). We played two times in row and each time, he was blobing all of his units(literally everything) and moving it around the map winning every enagement that they face. I tried several things like MGs, AA half track but since the blob is so big, always some units are not suppressed and they would endup passing the MG or grenade it or snare the AA halftrack. I even tried using the butterfly bomb to kill the blob but since this guys litterally doesnt have anything other than MGs around the map, he has full attention on his blob and just dodges or immidately retreats. I also went for rifleman mine to bother him a bit, but since the blob has at least two strumpioneer(probably three volks and one racketen), he just added a mine sweeper to it. He also skips every vehicle and goes directly for the command panther which USF AT has a hard time penetrating it and whenever they do, the blob runs to them and kills them. I know that for Soviets you can go for the katy and make him pay for blobing, but for the USF, there is not much that I can do other than pack howitzer which also failed :)

    PS: You might say gitgood or L2P, but the point of the post is the L2P. So feel free to comment your ideas other than these.

    Can't play any multiplayer match

    So I got the game for free, and I just can't play online matches. I join and they don't load, or begin. I create my own matches and no one joins. I would like to know if this is a internet issue or is there something else I'm missing. I can play other games online without issue.

    Looking for console commands to fuck around with in campaign mode

    So I've beaten the campaign several times already and I'm not really interested in playing multiplayer, all I want is to be able to use 50 katyushas at once and zerg rush with 200 ppSH equipped conscripts. I know about the console commands for resources and the pop cap, but the campaign seems to have caps set on the resources to. Anyone know any mods or commands that remove this resource cap? For example in mission 3 of the soviet campaign, even when using the command to get 99999 munitions I only get 600. Thanks in advance.

    Ive had a great game, sadly it was a loss to us cause of axis tank spam. However i was curious of one enemy player. He had lots of units and he was blobing as hell. Almost everytime i completely anihilated his PZ greens with ppsh penals and one katyusha. (we are talking about 4-6 squads everytime. thats a huge manpower bleed. After certain amount of time, he started mass spamming pz IV. Cause we had a good team, we were able to destroy lot of them and the rest force to retreat many times. But everytime he came back with more and more tanks and more infantry. So after the game i looked at stats and saw his resource tab. Which was straight line after 20 minutes mark with no deflection, if we can compare to other players i think, he had some kind of "resource hack?". After all, it was his every 3 minutes panzer spam, that cost us the game. That fact, that he was probably chinese (can tell by his name) is even more suspicious, cause chinese are well known for cheating in games. So my question is, am I being right or just paranoid, cause i lost a game, where we were better sychronized team (i would say)?

    PS: we had about 50% of the map, most of the game. They controlled only one fuel point, the second was ours. And the rest of they their points were ammo caches, so there is no way, he could achieve more tanks thank us with exact same fuel float.

    Good afternoon all!

    With the influx of new players thanks to the free to keep weekend I'd like to offer anyone in or around BST (GMT+1) help getting to grips with the nuances of the game. I have over 1,200 hours and a solid understanding of the basics and game mechanics. I also like to think I'm pretty good at teaching, and I find I'm teaching and training more and more in my day job anyway.

    Bear in mind that I am going to be the first to admit that I am NOT a top tier player. I'm firmly a mid-level player in terms of leaderboard rankings and I still make mistakes and have a lot to learn. But if you want to sit and learn the game in a calm, relaxed and patient environment, I'm happy to help!

    MP server Connection issues, is this common?

    Came back to the game after a very long break. Played about 10 games today, some custom AI to refresh my memory, some automatch vs players, almost all games ended with connection issues, and no stats recorded/loot awarded.

    Pretty frustrating, is this my problem, or just the way it is?

    "Connection failed. Check your internet connection. If problem persists, restart the Company of Heroes 2." game says this whenever i try to join a public game. Please help. Also game says update your gpu driver but i ignore it could this be related?

    Question about achievements

    Hi everyone,

    So after playing for a while i looked into the steam achievements and it seems to me that its not tracking all of them correctly - or maybe its not clear to me how some of them are "calculated".

    I have ~90 hours playtime now, i almost exclusevly play coop-matches against the ai with some friends, as we all arent really interested in getting invested in pvp for the start, so i should have a decent amount of played games logged in

    But for example the achievements "play as germans 500times" and "spend more than 750 fuel in 15games" are logged in with only 3/500 and 3/15 progress. Does the game only count pvp matches for these kind? If yes, is there some kind of list where i can see which can be unlocked in which way?
